I am a visual artist working across drawing, painting, and photography. My artistic practice is largely informed by cubist principles, where I explore form, structure, and multiple perspectives to reinterpret subjects in dynamic and fragmented ways.
Through my
work, I am interested in observing and translating the visual world into
compositions that emphasize shape, line, and spatial relationships. My drawings
and paintings often reflect a cubist approach, allowing me to break down and
reconstruct forms to reveal deeper visual and conceptual layers.
Alongside
drawing and painting, photography forms an important part of my creative
process. It serves both as a tool for documentation and as a medium through
which I explore composition, light, and narrative in everyday environments.
The
development of each piece involves an iterative process of observation,
experimentation, and refinement. Compositions evolve through the manipulation
of line, plane, and spatial relationships, allowing the image to emerge through
a deliberate process of construction and reconfiguration.
Ultimately,
my work reflects an ongoing engagement with the enduring relevance of Cubist
ideas, investigating how their principles can continue to inform contemporary
approaches to form, space, and visual perception.
